We’ve asked a number of past Pittsburgh wives for their tips on things they wish they knew before getting married. They discuss ways they saved money, areas they splurge on ( and never feel guilty about it ), and a lot more!

Keep the little things in mind. There won’t been any hiccups during the arranging process or on your wedding day, but they will be over in no time. Don’t permit them detract from your temperament or induce tension between you and your girlfriend; they will be remembered as a good and exhilarating moment in the long run.

Merely get married to someone you know is genuinely, entirely committed to you. If there are any red flags at the beginning of your partnership, pay attention to the ideas of your friends and family; they aren’t blinded by love hindsightbride or lust like you are!
